DiDi Kline of KimiDidi, Queen DiDi's Jewelry, from the soul jewelry at festivals throughout the country. I met her at Pride in the Park 2023, at Druid Lake Park, Reservoir Hills, Baltimore, Maryland. Didi talks about her experience being able to follow her dreams and passion of jewelry, whether designing, making or selling pieces that catch her eye, heart or soul, she has made a living of bringing jewelry to people. Many of these festivals are vendors that do the same thing. Some are locals that only attend local events, others travel the world to brings goods or services to the masses. They are all brought together by bringing a gift or passion to many communities across diverse fields of people. Druid Hill Park, has numerous events throughout the summer which make it a very attractive attraction for these festivals.

Didi said it was her favorite place on the East Coast. "It is surprising to find such a beautiful lake and park right in the middle of a city as big as Baltimore. I have been all around this country and this is my favorite park. I cannot wait to see what the renovations bring." Kline said during our conversation. Druid Lake Park is currently under renovation to make the lake recreational, shore lines that are easier to navigate to access the lake,a new amphitheater, and hiking are just some of the major changes taking place at the park. The Reservoir Hill neighborhood is very old it was found in the end. It's very residential with a very diverse community. Many of the vendors are grateful for these tips of urban parks. Kline stated "That is why it is essential that cities take the time to have green areas like Druid Hill Park. It brings tourism is offering a place to gather make friends and memories and also helps vendors have beautiful, safe spot to sell their good to somebody different types of people." These types of locations allow many people that may normally rely on public transportation to access festival and events to attend.

They make it possible for a passion, hobby or gift in life to be able to be turned into an income revenue and lived off of. Some people it's not about the money as they may not become rich. Didi stated "As long as you're happy it's not necessarily about the money but I've been able to live comfortably doing what I love."
